Milling Room

The DGSHAPE DWX range from Roland is a wet dental milling machine that enables wet milling of popular glass ceramic and composite resins to create perfect dental prosthetics with world class precision and accuracy.

DWX-42W

It is designed to exceed your expectations. With faster milling times, longer tool life, new CAM strategies and a stronger system.

DWX-52DCi

Boasting a 6-slot Automatic Disc Changer, 15-Station Automatic Tool Changer, Intelligent Tool Control, automated maintenance, and other automated features.

DWX-51D – 5 AXIS

Using separate dry and wet DWX devices gives you the confidence to take on the maximum amount of glass ceramic and zirconia restorations without the need for time-consuming, back-and-forth set-up and cleaning of a single machine.

Specifically developed for the dental laboratory sector, these are universal machines: they can mill any kind of prosthetic work from any kind of material. Utilising the 5-axis continuous interpolation, it can produce personalised abutments and undercuts, creating superb surface finishes and reducing manual finishing times.

G5 Granite Universal

It is with 5 axes with continuous interpolation, for dry and wet milling. It minimises the thickness required; this results in greater speed and less material and tool consumption.

Axya Delta 6

The newest and most powerful milling machine on the market thanks to the chuck with a power of 3.2Kw/60,000rpm.

VHF R5

High-end machine. Vhf has developed a highly automated milling and grinding machine that brings revolutionary approaches to the lab along with a ten-fold blank changer for wet and dry machining. In a minimal footprint, it combines utmost precision with maximum stability and is capable of handling any material.

Aidite AMW-400

Specifically developed for the dental laboratory sector, these are universal machines: they can mill any kind of prosthetic work from any kind of material. Utilising the 5-axis continuous interpolation, it can produce personalised abutments and undercuts, creating superb surface finishes and reducing manual finishing times.

3D Printers

The Asiga PRO printer range utilises the latest DLP imaging technology. This delivers optimum accuracy, reliability, and speed for the most demanding production applications.

Asiga PRO 4K

The Asiga PRO 4K 3D printer uses the latest DLP imaging technology to achieve the largest print envelope in the Asiga range, with precision, reliability and speed for the most demanding production applications.

Asiga Max

Asiga’s pioneering Smart Positioning System (SPS™) achieves precise layer thickness control of each and every layer, ensuring optimal print accuracy and speed. It also enables to achieve the highest standard of reliability with the broadest wavelength capability of any imaging technology.

Scanners

The scanners make the creation of a 3D Digital Image of a patients’ study model in an open format possible and in a short amount of time.
