Densign Milling Centre is a premier facility dedicated to working closely with our clients to produce superb results in a wide range of indications. We provide a highly personalised service and each case is handled with the utmost precision and attention to detail, with open and honest communication. Our CAD/CAM solution provides customers with prefect fit, proven strength and exceptional aesthetics.

We also offer a variety of outsourcing solutions and services for different dental laboratories. Each case is scanned, designed and processed by our experienced technicians, who will work as an extension to your team. We also accept laboratory STL e-file designs from 3Shape, Dental Wings and ExoCAD software.

Implants Solutions

Densign Lab has extensive experience with all major dental implant systems. Densign Lab can help with the most difficult cases where the inclination or the position of the implant is not perfect. Densign Lab can cast individual metal abutments to restore a platform for the production of removable gum tech, abutment acrylic guide, and anti rotation cuts on abutments – to make sure that the quality of the restoration is not just aesthetically pleasing but that is also technically correct. Densign Lab utilises all necessary materials when creating implants. You can choose various products, from temporary acrylic to zirconia crown and bridges.

Ceramic Restorations

All-Ceramic crowns and bridges have become the mainstay of private dentistry. Offering superior aesthetics combined with high bio-compatibility and ever increasing strength. All Ceramic Restorations are an affordable, durable and aesthetic alternative to full cast crowns and bridges.

EMAX

IPS EMAX allows you to offer patients impeccable esthetic restorations combined with high mechanical strength. You can choose the most suitable all-ceramic material depending on the case at hand and the required strength. Lithium disilicate (LS2) demonstrates superb esthetic properties and is used to restore single teeth in the anterior and posterior region. IPS EMAX Press lithium disilicate glass-ceramic (LS) offers excellent fit, form, and function combined with high strength of 400 MPa.

The material is supplied in 2 sizes with 4 levels of translucency. EMAX press ceramic restorations result in a lifelike esthetic.

Diagnostic wax up

The diagnostic wax up is one of the most important step in terms of planning smile design. Diagnostic wax up is a collaborative process between the dentist and technician with the aim of producing the best final result for the patient.

Densign Lab will cast the models, in accordance with clinical instructions, to simulate a real preparation of the teeth in plaster. Densign Lab will build on top of this the new smile with an aesthetic white wax. From here Densign Lab can use the new shaped smile to create stent for a temporary, surgical guide for implant, and most of all – a real model to show and discuss with the patient before the permanent restoration will be made.

Metal Ceramics

All Densign Lab frameworks for porcelain fused to metal restorations are cad-cam designed and milled for consistent high quality. Densign Lab frameworks offer excellent value for money along with marginal integrity, strength, and aesthetics. Our porcelains of choice are Vita and Noritake as they achieve striking aesthetics. We match shades to the vita 3d master shade guide and the vita classic shade guide.
