Step Two: Digital Case Design
Once scan data has been transferred to the digital network at Densign Lab, our dental technicians perform a clinical evaluation to ensure each case is ready for production. Once a case is approved it is assigned to an appropriate technical department according to the restoration type and material requested.
At Densign Lab most case design is produced with dental design software. Our purpose-built programs enable Densign Lab dental technicians to correctly shape all aspects of a restoration. Our lab experience helps to ensure precise fit, function along with esthetics.
The Densign Lab digital design process ensures high accuracy in the final restoration. Errors due to traditional impressions and the pouring of stone models are a thing of the past. With our modern digital production workflow physical models are rarely produced. Clinicians have the option of requesting a model should they wish.
Step Three: Digital Production
After a digital restoration design has been completed, the clinician transfers the design file to a production team experienced with the type of material and restoration requested.
All restorations at Densign Lab are fabricated with the same cutting-edge technologies and techniques, whether a clinician sends a case with traditional impressions, or digitally.
It is a joy to offer our experience and technologies to our clinicians and patients.
